Raspberries must be my favourite berries. Along with blueberries, strawberries, cranberries, blackberries…Okay, maybe I love anything that ends in “berry”! But who doesn’t?
Not only do they taste great but they’re jam-packed with nutrients. From a nutritional perspective, raspberries are rich in vitamin C, magnesium, and dietary fiber.
And since they only contain 60 calories per one cup serving, raspberries are an ideal food for healthy weight control.

Have you ever looked at the ingredients list on the back of your cereal box? It can be pretty disturbing.
Most boxed cereals are full preservatives, additives, cheap fillers (like yummy GMO corn), and manmade chemicals that help make your cereal look and taste “good”. Some cereals have photos of fruit on the box but fail to put real fruit inside the cereal itself!
Let’s get back to real food please! Whole foods that nourish the body and give your body the correct nutrients to function properly!
